In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the j666 website accessible at j666.bio, including all associated pages, services, games, and features made available to registered users.
• "Player" / "User" / "you" means any individual who accesses the Platform, creates a j666 account, or participates in any game or promotional activity offered by j666.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player upon successful registration and KYC verification on the j666 Platform.
• "Balance" means the aggregate of funds held in a Player's j666 account, comprising deposited funds and credited bonus amounts, less any amounts wagered or withdrawn.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, cashback amount, or other incentive granted by j666 to a Player, subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required before a Player may make withdrawals from j666.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government body responsible for regulating gambling in the Philippines.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be wagered before withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or region from which access to or use of the Platform is restricted by applicable law.

In addition to the age requirement, you represent and warrant that:

• You are a natural person and a resident or citizen of a jurisdiction in which accessing online casino services is not prohibited by applicable law;
• You are accessing the Platform for your own personal entertainment and not on behalf of any third party;
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, or agent of j666, nor a close relative of any such person, unless prior written consent has been obtained from j666 compliance;
• You are not located in, nor a resident or citizen of, a Prohibited Jurisdiction;
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order, whether issued by j666, PAGCOR, or any other regulatory or judicial authority;
• Online gambling is legal under the laws of your jurisdiction, and you take sole responsibility for determining and complying with any applicable local laws or regulations.

To access the full range of j666 services, you must create a registered account. Each Player may hold only one (1) active account on the j666 Platform at any time. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or fraudulent accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all associated balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to:

• Full legal name (as it appears on your government-issued identification document);
• Date of birth;
• Valid Philippine mobile number (for OTP verification and account security);
• Email address (where applicable);
• Preferred payment method details (for deposit and withdrawal processing).

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. j666 will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat. You must notify j666 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.

Prior to processing any withdrawal request, j666 is required by PAGCOR regulations and applicable anti-money laundering ("AML") legislation to verify the identity of each Player. This process, commonly known as Know Your Customer ("KYC"), requires you to submit:

• A clear, unobstructed photograph or scan of a valid government-issued photo identification document (e.g., Philippine National ID, SSS card, GSIS card, Driver's License, Passport, or UMID); and
• A selfie photograph holding the submitted identification document; and
• Where applicable, proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or barangay clearance dated within the last 90 days).

KYC documents are reviewed within 24 hours of submission in most cases. j666 reserves the right to request additional documentation where the submitted materials are insufficient to establish identity or age. Withdrawal requests will remain on hold pending successful KYC completion. j666 will never request KYC documents via unofficial channels such as personal social media accounts or third-party messaging apps.

All KYC data is processed, stored, and protected in accordance with the j666 Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data protection law (Republic Act No. 10173 — Data Privacy Act of 2012).

j666 accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment methods:

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts, prepaid cards not linked to a verified identity, or payment methods associated with fraudulent activity will be reversed and the associated account may be suspended pending investigation.

j666 does not charge deposit fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction charges, over which j666 has no control. j666 reserves the right to adjust minimum deposit amounts or supported payment methods at any time with prior notice to Players.

Players may request a withdrawal of their Account Balance (exclusive of locked Bonus amounts) at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• The Player's account must have successfully completed KYC verification;
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200;
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, in compliance with AML requirements — this is the same-source rule;
• Withdrawal requests are subject to review and may take up to 24 hours to process, though most GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are completed within 1–3 hours for fully verified accounts;
• j666 reserves the right to request additional identity or source-of-funds documentation before processing withdrawal requests exceeding ₱50,000 in any 30-day period.

j666 offers various promotional incentives to eligible Players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal Fiesta event prizes. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise stated, all bonus amounts must be wagered a minimum number of times (as specified in the relevant promotion) before associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are calculated based on the bonus amount only, not the deposit amount, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live baccarat, blackjack, roulette, and other live table games may contribute at a lower percentage than slot games. Specific contribution rates are published on the applicable promotion page.
• Expiry: Bonus amounts not claimed or wagering requirements not fulfilled within the stated validity period will be forfeited automatically without compensation.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless explicitly permitted, Players may not hold multiple active bonuses simultaneously. Attempting to claim duplicate bonuses may result in forfeiture of all associated bonus amounts.
• Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus Winnings: Unless stated otherwise, the maximum amount withdrawable from winnings generated by a bonus is limited to 10x the original bonus value.
• Bonus Abuse: j666 reserves the right to cancel any bonus and void associated winnings where there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, matched betting, arbitrage strategies, or systematic exploitation of promotional terms.

All games offered on the j666 Platform are governed by individual game rules which are displayed within each game interface. By placing a wager, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules. The following general gameplay terms apply across all j666 game categories:

• RNG Certification: All slot and RNG table games available on j666 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems provided by licensed third-party game developers. These systems are independently tested and certified by recognized testing laboratories. j666 does not modify or override RNG outcomes.
• Live Dealer Games: Live dealer games are streamed in real time from certified studios. Results are determined by real physical game equipment (cards, wheels, dice). In the event of a technical disruption to a live game session, the affected round will be voided and any wagers placed during the disrupted round will be returned to the Player's account.
• Bet Confirmation: A wager is confirmed only upon receipt of a confirmation message from the j666 system. Wagers placed but not confirmed due to connection failure or system error will be voided.
• Minimum and Maximum Bets: Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and per table, as displayed within each game interface. j666 reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time.
• Malfunction Policy: In the event of a game malfunction or software error that produces an incorrect result, j666 will void the affected bet and return the wagered amount to the Player's account. j666's determination regarding any malfunction is final.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the j666 Platform:

• Registering more than one account, or registering using false, incomplete, or another person's identity;
• Accessing the Platform if you are under 21 years of age or from a Prohibited Jurisdiction;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place wagers or interact with the Platform;
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in games or the Platform infrastructure;
• Engaging in collusion with other Players, game staff, or third parties to manipulate game outcomes;
• Engaging in money laundering, or using j666 accounts as a vehicle for the transfer of funds derived from illegal activity;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, disassemble, or copy any part of the j666 Platform or its associated software;
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abusive language, or threatening behavior directed at j666 staff, dealers, or other Players;
• Charging back a payment after funds have been deposited and used for wagering;
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your j666 account credentials to any third party.

j666 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all Filipino players. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment. It is not a source of income, a strategy for financial recovery, or an appropriate response to personal hardship.

j666 provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from within your account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps — once set, limits can only be reduced immediately; increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period;
• Loss Limits: Maximum net loss thresholds over defined time periods;
• Session Time Reminders: Configurable notifications that alert you when a specified duration of continuous play has elapsed;
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntary exclusion periods ranging from 30 days to permanent self-exclusion. Once a self-exclusion is applied, it cannot be reversed during the selected period.

j666 cooperates fully with PAGCOR's self-exclusion registry. If you have registered with the PAGCOR exclusion list, you are prohibited from accessing j666 and must not attempt to register or log in.

All content on the j666 Platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, trade names, game designs, graphics, text, software, user interface elements, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of j666 or its licensed third-party game providers, and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws of the Republic of the Philippines and applicable international treaties.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the j666 Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of j666.

Any unauthorized use of j666's intellectual property may give rise to a claim for damages and may be a criminal offense under applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, j666, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and game providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the j666 Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling activity, whether or not caused by Platform malfunction;
• Interruptions, downtime, or unavailability of the Platform for any reason;
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security;
• Acts or omissions of third-party payment providers processing your deposits or withdrawals;
• Any technical errors in game software provided by third-party game developers, subject to j666's malfunction policy in Section 8.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit j666's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable Philippine law.

j666 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a Player's account, and to withhold or confiscate any associated balance, under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms, including prohibited conduct under Section 9;
• Failure to satisfy KYC verification requirements within a reasonable period;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity;
• Chargeback of any deposit;
• Account registration by a person under 21 years of age;
• Duplicate account creation;
• A valid PAGCOR self-exclusion order covering the Player;
• Any court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement requirement.

You may request voluntary closure of your j666 account at any time by contacting support. Upon voluntary closure, any real-money balance remaining after deduction of unmet wagering requirements will be refunded to your verified payment method within a reasonable processing period, provided no compliance holds are applicable.

j666 reserves the right to amend, modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or obligations as a Player — j666 will provide prior notice via the registered contact details associated with your account, or through a prominent notice on the Platform, with a minimum of 7 days before the changes take effect.

Non-material changes (such as clarifications of existing provisions, corrections of typographical errors, or updates to contact information) may be made without prior notice.

Your continued use of the j666 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure prior to the effective date.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the j666 Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith direct negotiation. Where direct negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

Where applicable, disputes may also be referred to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanisms as provided under its regulatory framework for licensed online gaming operators.
